    Unexpected Delights Amidst Disruptions

    The staff made sure we were comfortable, offering a smooth room change when needed. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring, everything was just a stroll away.

    Unfortunately, noise from nearby bars. The gym's limited hours didn't help when I needed an early workout before my day began.

    A fabulous stay with a massive room full of character and adjustable lighting. The staff were friendly, especially at reception, and housekeeping consistently kept everything tidy. Despite the great atmosphere, the menu was somewhat confusing, and there was only one dessert selection available. The happy hour drinks also left a bit to be desired.

    Really enjoyed our rooms on the upper floors. Location: the hotel was close enough to Mr Wongs restaurant which is part of the complex, excellent bar, and shops. It also was in the center of Sydney.

    Actually everything was wonderful, my next choice again in Sydney. The room itself was absolutely FANTASTIC and the hotel was fairly clean. The staff was kind and obliging. I stayed in the room that was kept v clean and available with lovely decor. The gourmet restaurant was great, fantastic service.

    great location but needs better sound insulation

    The location proved to be a major highlight, with easy access to major attractions such as Circular Quay. The customer service exceeded my expectations, as the staff were always attentive and ready to assist. I loved the spacious studio room with a comfortable and clean environment. The view of the landmark from my room added a beautiful touch to my stay.

    The sound from neighboring rooms disrupted my peace during the night.

    Loved this such wonderful stay for 1 night. The place was clean, I booked the queen room with street views, everything was nice. The location was good, in the center of Sydney! I tried some drinks at sushi bar Sake Restaurant & Bar, located 5 minutes walk away.

    The rooms are very well equipped and stylish. The staff are extremely helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Opera House, Harbour Bridge and other main Sydney sights. Lively entertainment, used by local businessmen/women after work.

    Some rooms have thin walls and do not provide good noise insulation.

    It was just a great fit for a quick stopover in Sydney, great for the money. The large ensuite bathroom with a granite tub was a nice surprise. Make sure to plan your ride out during peak hours to avoid long waits.

    Excellent design hotel, very friendly staff, amazing restaurant!

    A slightly difficult to find it for the newcomers as the entrance is not visible from the main street. The taxi driver drop us off in front of the restaurant entrance which was closed at that time (11.30pm) and we must have found our way around the corner. A proper navigation signs would be appreciated.
